Natural light rental photo studio, near Salt Lake City. Designed for commercial photography, food shoots, product styling, and brand campaigns.
Built for product photography, food shoots, commercial campaigns, and creative work that needs space to breathe.
The studio is built around space and light—over 3,000 square feet with an open layout that doesn’t box you in or force a look. It’s flexible enough for full-scale productions and quiet enough for slower, more intentional work.
Commercial shoots, food and product photography, campaigns, editorials, lookbooks—it all fits here without needing to fight the space.
What makes it work is the balance. Soft natural light, clean lines, and materials that don’t compete with what you’re shooting. Enough structure to feel designed, but open enough to shift depending on what you need.
It also translates easily beyond shoots. Small gatherings, workshops, brand events—anything that benefits from a space that feels considered but not overbuilt. Not a banquet hall. Not trying to be.

Prep Space
The Layout
A 2,000 sq ft shooting area paired with a 900 sq ft prep space gives you room to separate production from setup. Ground-level access keeps load-ins simple, and parking is easy—for once.
But That’s Just The Beginning!
What the space is used for
The studio is regularly used for product photography, food photography, commercial campaigns, brand shoots, and video production. The open layout and natural light make it adaptable for both high-volume production and slower, more conceptual work.
We Spent Time Designing The Perfect Kitchen Studio
This is where things start to separate.
Built for real use, not just for show—the kitchen is designed for food photography, production, and styling. It works whether you’re shooting a full campaign or just need a controlled space to test ideas.
The island moves. The layout shifts. Surfaces can change.
The interchangeable backsplash system lets you reset the entire feel of the space without rebuilding from scratch. Swap materials, adjust tone, keep things from looking repeated.
A dual-fuel, six-burner range, functional prep space, and custom cabinetry make it fully usable for live cooking and staging—not just a backdrop pretending to be one.
It’s meant to evolve with the shoot so you’re not locked into one look.
And It Gets Better — Yep,
We Also Offer Modular Set Wall Design
If you need more than a blank space, we’ve got structure you can work with.
We keep a rotating selection of architectural elements—windows, passageways, walls—with finishes ranging from clean to textured to hand-painted. Enough to build something quickly, or enough of a starting point to customize further.
If timing allows, we can build out something more specific to your project.
Even the fireplace can be reworked—mantels, surrounds, full wall integrations—so it doesn’t feel like the same set reused.
Think We’re Finished? Not Quite — Need Product Styling And Props?
Our In-House Prop Stylist has exclusive access to our extensive prop collection of over 1,000 square feet of tabletop and home pieces, spanning a range of styles.
It’s there to support the work, not overwhelm it. The kind of pieces that finish a frame without calling attention to themselves.
Styling services are available if you need them, and using what’s already here cuts down on sourcing time and keeps things moving.
Everything is handled through consultation so it actually fits the project.
These services are tailored specifically to your needs and are available through consultation only. We'll walk through options, availability, and pricing together before confirming your booking.
